1. General Policy
All payments made on Wish By App (Wish By App) for subscriptions or premium services are final and non-refundable. Once a user subscribes to a plan, the payment cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Upgrade Instead of Refund
We believe in customer satisfaction and flexibility. Instead of refunds, users are offered the option to upgrade or extend their existing subscription plan. This ensures that the amount paid continues to provide value by unlocking additional features or a longer validity.
Example:
- If you purchased a monthly plan and wish to upgrade to a quarterly plan, the remaining value of your current plan will be adjusted.
- Upgrades can be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team.
3. Payment Disputes
Any payment or transaction-related disputes should be raised directly with our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account suspension.
4. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed payment or double charge due to a technical error from the payment gateway (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.), the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 working days by the payment provider.
5. Auto Renewals & Cancellations
Users who have enabled UPI AutoPay or recurring billing can cancel their mandate anytime through their UPI app or bank. No refunds will be issued for any renewal that has already been processed, but upgrades or extensions may be offered upon request.
